Shipping | Returns | Order Info
Orders received and paid for will be shipped within 2-5 business days since we make our product fresh. We primarily use USPS to ship our product which will take 2-5 business days. We will send an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Due to long distance, the buyer has 100% responsible for the fees if the order was made. We, Hepzia as the seller, are not responsible for customers charges. Please note that the orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.
If a shipped order was lost or damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right. We want to please our customers and will always try our best to resolve any situations that come up.
Damaged Items: We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Please keep in mind that each products are “handmade” and 100% natural so they have variations from batch to batch.
Lost Items: If the package is not located, USPS will process a claim for the package. It could take w to 4 weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Hepzia.com or Owner based on the shipping origin.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at email@example.com with any concerns about your purchase.
Please note that Hepzia is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Hepzia.

Sales tax is required on orders shipped within Georgia State at the local tax rate.
